Current Star Student • Louise Taylor, BUNZL Limited

Louise Taylor began working at BUNZL Limited as the Warehouse Administrator, where she primarily spent her time entering paperwork into the database. Wanting to further her career within the organisation, Louise took the next step and obtained her Forklift Licence, which enabled her to assist in the warehouse.

In order to further her skills and knowledge of warehouse operations, BUNZL enrolled Louise into a Certificate III in Transport and Distribution (Warehousing and Storage). After completing exceptional work throughout her traineeship, and producing outstanding work outcomes in the months following, Louise was promoted to the role of Purchasing Officer.

Louise was then selected, along with a few key members of the warehousing team, to undertake the Certificate IV in Transport and Distribution (Warehousing and Storage). Mick Menta, our warehousing Trainer and Assessor, has received outstanding assessments from Louise; a standard that he has not seen in his 4 years with Pinnacle.

In just 2 short years, Louise has completed 2 qualifications, and has risen in the ranks of the warehouse to be one of the most qualified and skilled employees in the organisation. Louise continues to assume greater responsibility in her role as Purchasing Officer.
