This course combines Certificates II and III in Retail. It is for people who already work in retail and want to progress through junior level in sales and service to retail operations and/or supervision.

This will take place through a combination of individual and team based learning strategies that include practical activities, industry case studies, role plays, simulations, projects and assignments.
