These programs provide nationally accredited training for people wishing to pursue a career in Customer Service, Transport and Distribution and Retail. Training is absolutely free for eligible participants!  The Productivity Places Program is funded by the Australian Government.

What will I study?

Candidates will be involved in the negotiation of a Training Plan, which details all the training to be undertaken.

What are the entry requirements?

To be eligible for a training place, you need to be currently looking for work. You need to be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident of Australia and be over the age of 15. Some other eligibility criteria apply, this is available from your local training organisation, employment service provider or from the website www.productivityplaces.deewr.gov.au

Where will I study?

Training and assessment will occur through correspondence and at Pinnacle’s Training Facility.
The Training Facility is located at:
Melbourne – 61-63 Oxford Street, Collingwood VIC 3066

How much will this program cost?

The Productivity Places Program is an Australian Government Initiative ( www.productivityplaces.deewr.gov.au)
If you are looking for work, the Australian Government will fully fund training under the Program.

How long will this program take?

The duration will depend on you as much of the work is done via correspondence, it will also depend on the qualification you choose.

When does this program start?

Formal training will commence within 4 weeks of enrollment.

How do I apply?

If you are registered with an employment service provider, such as a Job Network member or Disability Employment Network, you need to contact your employment consultant to discuss your interest and obtain a referral to Pinnacle Training Solutions.

What materials/equipment do I need?

Materials will be supplied by Pinnacle Training Solutions

What will I receive?

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a Nationally Accredited Certificate in your chosen training discipline.
