Lucia Attardi, a young woman returning to work after a break and raising her family. Lucy began working in reception where she primarily spent her time answering her calls and forwarding them onto colleagues.
In order to further her skills and be more supportive in the workplace she commenced training in Certrificate III in Business Administration. She is currently achieving great results in both her written and practical applications. In just a short time Lucy has undertaken more varied roles within the workplace and is inspired to do more in her chosen field.
After completing her Business Administration certificate Lucy and her supervisor have chosen for her to continue with Certificate IV in Business Administration with a Financial stream to enable her to support the accounts department and follow her goal of becoming a full time Accounts Department Supervisor.
Lucy particularly enjoyed the financial stream in her Certificate III and showed a greater understanding than required of this unit. The work that was presented was detailed and of a very high standard.
