Within the diversity of her experience, ranging from Retail Management and Nursing to Workplace Training and Assessment, Vivian has cultivated an extraordinary ability to engage and empower others to realise their full potential.

Professional background

For ten years Vivian developed training skills as Regional Consultant & Sales Trainer in the demanding environment of Jenny Craig International. As well as training sales staff and running both one-on-one and group training, Vivian conducted routine centre visits to identify and improve future training needs. With this experience she became the Regional Manager & continued in this capacity until completing her qualification in Workplace Training & Assessment.

Vivian augmented her training skills with the National Workplace Training (NWT), where she has spent several years working as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor. In this role she has developed training resources, delivered training and conducted assessments in courses including Business Administration, Retail Management and Retail Supervision. Vivian has developed hands-on customer and client experience through her work in both Retail, Business Administration & Nursing, working closely alongside her colleagues.
